Reconnect With Your Natural Intuition
A one-day virtual exploration of your senses, your instincts, and the quiet knowing you've carried all your life.
Attend live, take part, and if it wasn't right for you, request a full refund within 7 days.
What if the things you've been sensing are worth listening to?
For one calm day, Yolessa will guide you back toward your own intuition: the instincts and senses many of us were taught to set aside. You'll explore the Intuitive Activation approach she has shared with thousands of people over twenty years.
Live online, from wherever you are. If you've spent time in a sound bath, a qigong class, or a quiet corner of the cafe, this day continues what that stillness started.
An intelligence that runs from your gut, through your heart, to your mind.
Intuition rarely lives in one place; it tends to travel. It often starts in the gut. Your gut and brain stay in constant, two-way communication through what scientists call the gut–brain axis, which is one reason instinct so often arrives first as a feeling in your belly, before a single thought.
The heart sits in the middle, as a kind of translator. The field of neurocardiology describes roughly 40,000 sensory neurons in the heart, a dense network that many traditions associate with deeper knowing. In this tradition, the heart is where you begin: opening it is the first step in everything that follows.
Long before you had words, you were reading the world around you: through sensation, through feeling, through a knowing you couldn't yet explain. That gut–heart–mind conversation was running when you were small, and it's still running now.
Your sensitivity is your gift.
Some researchers and practitioners describe a subtle field of information around the body, what some call the biofield, what older traditions called the life force. Whatever name you use, most of us have felt it: you walk into a room and sense its mood, or feel what someone isn't saying. That sensitivity isn't a flaw to manage. In this tradition, it's understood as a natural human sense, and it's the reason you're intuitive.
A few things worth knowing about your heart, offered as perspective rather than proof:
- Researchers at the HeartMath Institute describe the heart as generating an electrical field far stronger than the brain's, with a magnetic field measurable at a distance from the body.
- The field of neurocardiology describes roughly 40,000 sensory neurons in the heart: its own dense neural network.
- Across many contemplative traditions, the heart is treated as a center of perception, not only emotion.
You don't have to take any of this on faith. Over the day, you'll simply have the chance to experience your own attention more directly. (See the disclaimer below.)
One day. Remembering how to listen.
Many of us spend years quietly questioning our path, our instincts, the difference we might make. When life gets noisy, that quieter inner voice can get hard to hear. This calm, one-day virtual retreat is an opportunity to turn the volume back down on the noise, and to listen to yourself again.
The Morning: Understanding Your True Nature
How your intuition works, and why the analytical mind so often files what you sense under "imagination" or "coincidence." Yolessa looks gently at that filter: where it comes from, and how to quiet the mind that's been cutting the signal off halfway.
The Afternoon: Strengthening Your Intuition
A grounding center sits just below the navel; if you've practiced qigong, your body already knows it. The afternoon anchors what the morning opened, and closes with a real, guided practice of reading energy, with supportive feedback as you go.
The complete five-step Intuitive Activation approach is introduced at the close of the day, for those who'd like to continue.
A gentle self-check.
This may be for you if…
- You've practiced energy work, qigong, or meditation for a while and feel ready to go deeper.
- You sense things in conversations and rooms that you don't yet act on.
- You've had experiences that opened something, and want to keep that steadiness afterward.
- You appreciate a clear framework, not just inspiration.
- You're analytical, and you like to understand how something works.
This may not be for you if…
- You're not open to gentle embodied practice; there's a foundational layer this builds on.
- You're looking only for community and inspiration (both are wonderful; this is a guided, participatory format).
- You'd rather observe than take part through the day.

20 years of practice · Sedona
Twenty years ago, Yolessa moved to Sedona, not for a weekend, but to live and practice there, and to understand what she was experiencing well enough to teach it. Before this work she was an attorney, trained to ask for evidence and to distrust mechanisms she couldn't articulate. So she spent two decades asking questions until the practice made sense to her, then built an approach she could teach repeatably.
Her training began under an energy master in Sedona and continued through years of mentorship across North America, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan, in a lineage whose Brain Education method has been recognized in international education settings. It's the same lineage of practice that Sedona Wellness Cafe's Pathfinder workshops draw from, which is part of why the cafe is glad to share her work. Thousands of people have moved through her programs.
What happens when you're in the room.
Each session moves through a gentle progression; this isn't a download of information sent home with you. It's a guided experience designed to help you strengthen and trust your own intuition, at your own pace.
The Morning · Understanding Your True Nature
- Opening: A Grounding PracticeWe begin in the body with a short grounding practice that sets the foundation for the day.
- Core Teaching: How Intuition Works, and Why the Analytical Mind Dismisses ItYolessa shares the framework she teaches: how the analytical mind tends to intercept intuitive impressions, and how to gently work with that rather than be ruled by it.
- Live Demonstration: A Reading, Narrated in Real TimeYolessa works with a participant while narrating what she notices, so the approach feels understandable rather than mysterious.
The Afternoon · Strengthening Your Intuition
- Anchoring: The Grounding CenterThe grounding center just below the navel becomes a steady practice you can return to any time, so that what you sense moves through you rather than into you.
- Live Practice: A Guided Reading of EnergyWith Yolessa guiding, you'll practice structured intuitive exercises with immediate, supportive feedback. For many people this is a first clear, trust-worthy intuitive experience.
- Close: Your PracticeThe day ends with one short practice you can use on Monday morning. Then Yolessa introduces the complete five-step approach for those who'd like to continue.
Two who came in carrying something they hadn't yet understood.
Gemma
She described herself as a tree with no roots: sensing for years, never quite feeling at home in herself. After working with the grounding practice, she described stopping reacting and starting to simply observe.
"I've learned to really be in my body more. With that, I'm more present, more able to connect, more observing and listening than just hearing."
Alyssa
Difficult interactions used to leave her drained; she'd known for years she was picking up other people's pain. With a framework that made that information useful instead of destabilizing, she described feeling steadier, observing rather than absorbing.
"It's helped me not respond so negatively to negative interactions, understanding that people act out of their own pain, not anything personal."

Come experience it for yourself.
Join us live for the day. If, having taken part, you feel the experience wasn't right for you, simply let Yolessa's team know within 7 days of the retreat (by September 5, 2026) and you'll receive a full refund. No need to explain.
A few common questions.
Do I need a background in energy work?
It helps, but it isn't required. This retreat was built for people who've been developing themselves for a while and are ready to explore a deeper dimension. Whatever your practice (qigong, meditation, somatic work), it's the foundation this day builds on.
Is this compatible with my qigong, tai chi, or meditation practice?
Yes, directly. The grounding center Yolessa works with in the morning is the same one your practice has been training. The afternoon deepens what you've already built.
I'm not sure I'm intuitive enough for this.
That thought is exactly what the morning gently addresses. "I'm not sure" is often the analytical filter at work, not the truth about your perception. If you've been sensing things and quietly dismissing them, that's not weak intuition.
Why only $97?
It's meant to be accessible while asking for genuine commitment. The day gives you a direct, embodied experience of the first steps of a five-step approach, enough to know whether you'd like to continue.
What happens after the retreat?
At the close of the day, Yolessa introduces the opportunity to go deeper with the complete five-step approach. Enrollment opens at the end of the day, and you'll have a short window to join afterward.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Attend the live day and take part. If the experience wasn't right for you, let Yolessa's team know within 7 days of the event (by September 5, 2026) for a full refund.
Here's what I want to say to you directly.
I've worked with sensitive people for twenty years. I know what it looks like to carry a gift you haven't yet had the chance to understand: the tiredness of sensing everything in a room with nowhere to put it, the quiet loneliness of being the most sensitive person there.
You don't have to carry it that way. Not because anything is wrong with you, but because there's a gentler way to work with it. One day won't give you everything; that's not what it's for. It's meant to give you a few things that make the rest possible: a clearer understanding of your own intuition, and a steady way to hold it.
Some part of you has been waiting for permission to take this seriously. Consider this your invitation.
With warmth, Yolessa
